You are responsible for how you use any product on your own game account, including any consequences applied by a game publisher's terms of service or anti-cheat system.
Weekly and monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled from your dashboard. Lifetime plans are a one-time payment with no recurring charge.
Refund eligibility depends on the payment method used and time since purchase. Contact support for details on your specific order.
Products may be temporarily disabled during "updating" status while compatibility is re-tested after a game update. This is not considered downtime for refund purposes.
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse of the platform, chargebacks, or redistribution of licensed products.
